The Home

Named one of Money magazine’s “Best Places to Live,” Naperville is home to Eagle Place, which features a bi-level floor plan, an eat-in kitchen and a backyard deck for residents to enjoy.  This house has access to several common areas for television or visiting, along with active residents who frequently walk the three blocks to the vibrant downtown.

Volunteers frequently visit Eagle Place to play Bingo with residents and to help maintain its landscaping.  Eagle Place residents also help plan meals as well as outings for shopping, church and yard sales.

The Town

Eagle Place is within walking distance of historic downtown Naperville, which features charming shops, theaters and many highly rated restaurants, including BD’s Mongolian Grill, Five Guys Burgers and Rosebud.

Downtown Naperville’s popular family attractions and destinations include the peaceful Naperville Riverwalk, DuPage Children’s Museum and one-of-a-kind ice cream parlor, Cookie Dough Creations.

Eagle Place is minutes away from the Naperville Park District’s Alfred Rubin Riverwalk Community Center, which houses the New Horizons program where seniors can participate in activities such as arts and crafts, table games and trivia. Also only minutes away are the Nichols Public Library, several pharmacies and bank branches.

Inexpensive transportation is available to residents through the Ride DuPage transportation program and the Metra BNSF line, which runs between Aurora and Chicago and is less than 5 minutes from Eagle Place.
